Lexie earned her B.A. in Business and Merchandising at Baylor University, and was a part of the first year of NCAA Acrobatics and Tumbling coaching at Baylor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her career has since included several roles in leadership and development in the HCM industry. Lexie also runs and manages her own lifestyle blog and loves to spend time outdoors, cooking, working out, and most of all with her family.
