Manufacture of the completely redesigned sports car was, like other businesses, halted due to the COVID 19 restrictions. Restart of the assembly line was not a simple task, as the car relies on parts from over 400 vendors. Coordinating that many vendors must be a gargantuan task. It requires a level of QA that most companies might lack the time to see through the end.
