• Assessment Compilation/Report Draft Building – This is the heart of OSA’s mission and contract with every client – the report of the team’s findings, and internal collaboration, research development, and putting together strong data points, images and supporting resources.
• Presentation of Report – In this final presentation, OSA presents its findings in a draft format and we collaborate on the final version.
• Follow-through and follow-up – Should the client task OSA with implementing the findings, we ensure any work is done correctly and fully. OSA then follows through to ensure the client’s satisfaction.
